NAX LUMINA PP Primer — Plastic Primer (1 Litre)

NAX LUMINA PP Primer (Plastic Primer) is a specialized single-component primer by Nippon Paint, formulated for use on plastic and bumper surfaces. It ensures excellent adhesion of topcoats on plastic parts that are otherwise difficult to paint.

How to Use

1. Clean the plastic surface thoroughly and remove any grease or wax.
2. Lightly sand with P400–P600 sandpaper and wipe clean.
3. Shake well before use. Thin if required.
4. Apply 1–2 light coats of NAX LUMINA PP Primer using a spray gun.
5. Allow to flash off for 10–15 minutes.
6. Apply topcoat or 2K paint directly over the primer.
7. No sanding required between PP Primer and topcoat.

Check whether the substrate is metal, plastic or an existing coating, then confirm that the primer is approved for that surface and the planned topcoat. 1K, 2K and plastic primers are not interchangeable simply because they are all primers. Follow the exact product technical data sheet.
