Refund policy

At Al-Khan Paints, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or customized cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used paint pens
  • Mixed or custom color paints
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
