How to Use

1. Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, grease, rust, and old loose paint. Sand the surface smooth for best adhesion.
2. Sealing / Priming: Apply a suitable wood sealer or NC primer and allow to dry completely. Sand lightly between coats for a smooth, even base.
3. Thinning: Thin Mixtone Deco NC Paint with Mixtone NC Deco Thinner at a recommended ratio of 3–4 parts paint to 1 part thinner. Adjust viscosity based on spray gun settings and ambient temperature.
4. Stir Well: Mix thoroughly until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved.
5. Application: Apply using a spray gun in thin, even coats for the best professional finish. Maintain a consistent distance and speed for uniform coverage.
6. Flash Off: Allow each coat to flash off (15–30 minutes) before applying the next coat.
7. Number of Coats: Apply 2–3 coats for full, even coverage and maximum colour depth.
