Where to Use

• Wood surfaces — furniture, cabinets, doors, wardrobes, and wooden panels
• Metal surfaces — gates, grills, metal furniture, and machinery
• Interior decorative refinishing and touch-up work
• Auto body duco refinishing and colour matching
• Professional workshop and DIY decorative paint projects

How to Use

1. Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, grease, rust, and old loose paint. Sand the surface smooth for best adhesion.
2. Priming: Apply an appropriate primer (NC Primer/Putty) and allow to dry completely. Sand lightly between coats for a smooth base.
3. Thinning: Thin ICI Dulac NC Paint with ICI Dulac NC Thinner at a recommended ratio of 3–4 parts paint to 1 part thinner. Adjust viscosity based on spray gun settings and temperature.
4. Stir Well: Mix thoroughly until a uniform, smooth consistency is achieved.
5. Application: Apply using a spray gun in thin, even coats for the best professional finish. Maintain a consistent distance from the surface.
6. Flash Off: Allow each coat to flash off (15–30 minutes) before applying the next coat.
7. Number of Coats: Apply 2–3 coats for full, even coverage and maximum colour depth.
8. Finishing: Once fully dry, buff and polish for a mirror-like, high-gloss finish.
9. Cleaning: Clean spray guns and brushes immediately after use with ICI Dulac NC Thinner.
