At AL-Khan Paints, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

↩️ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or customized cannot be returned.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used paint pens
  • Mixed or custom color paints
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method where applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash after verification.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
